NEURODIVERSITY SUPPORT & INCLUSION

Neurodiversity reflects natural variation in how people think, process information and experience the world. When organisations understand this well, they create stronger performance, healthier cultures and more sustainable ways of working.

At ORCC, we support organisations to take a practical and human approach to neurodiversity at work. We focus on building understanding, strengthening leadership capability and shaping environments that work for a wider range of cognitive styles — without jargon or unnecessary complexity.

Our work covers developmental neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, as well as cognitive differences that can emerge through trauma, burnout, injury or major life transitions. We focus on how these differences show up at work — and what leaders can do in response.

How we support organisations

Neurodiversity awareness
Clear, practical sessions that build understanding, challenge misconceptions and support more effective ways of working together.

Inclusive leadership
Helping leaders recognise different thinking styles, communicate with clarity and make workable adjustments in real-world settings.

Workplace adjustments
Supporting organisations and individuals to identify practical changes that improve focus, wellbeing and performance.

Inclusive learning design
Working with L&D teams to ensure learning is accessible, engaging and effective for neurodivergent and neurotypical learners.

Veterans & transition experience

We also bring experience supporting veterans transitioning into civilian and corporate environments, particularly where background, identity shift and adapting to less structured or hierarchical workplaces are factors.

This perspective is especially valuable for organisations with high numbers of ex-forces employees or operating in high-pressure, change-intensive environments.

Our approach

Our work is collaborative and grounded in real-world leadership experience. We operate as an associate, advisor or facilitator, complementing existing wellbeing, inclusion and learning strategies.

If you’re looking to strengthen your approach to neurodiversity in a way that is credible, practical and human, we can explore what would be most useful for your organisation.
