NEURODIVERSITY SUPPORT & INCLUSION
Neurodiversity reflects the natural variation in how people think, process information and experience the world. When organisations understand this properly, they unlock stronger performance, healthier cultures and more sustainable ways of working.
At ORCC, we support organisations to take a practical, informed and human approach to neurodiversity at work. Our focus is on improving understanding, strengthening leadership capability and designing environments that work for a wider range of cognitive styles — without jargon or unnecessary complexity.
Our work spans developmental neurodivergence, including ADHD, autism, dyslexia and dyspraxia, as well as cognitive differences that can emerge through trauma, burnout, injury or major life transitions. We focus on how these differences show up in real workplaces — and what leaders can do about them.
How we support organisations
Neurodiversity awareness & education
Clear, practical sessions that build understanding, challenge misconceptions and help teams work more effectively together.
Inclusive leadership & management
Supporting leaders to recognise different thinking styles, communicate with clarity and make meaningful, workable adjustments in real-world settings.
Workplace support & adjustments
Helping organisations and individuals identify practical changes that improve focus, wellbeing and performance — without overengineering solutions.
Inclusive learning design
Working with L&D teams to ensure training, workshops and development programmes are accessible, engaging and effective for neurodivergent and neurotypical learners.
Veterans & transition experience
We also bring extensive experience supporting veterans transitioning into civilian and corporate environments. This work often overlaps with cognitive and behavioural changes linked to trauma, identity shift and adapting to less structured or less hierarchical workplaces.
This perspective is particularly valuable for organisations with a high proportion of ex-forces employees, or those operating in high-pressure, operational or change-intensive environments.
Our approach
Our work is collaborative, evidence-informed and grounded in real-world leadership experience. We operate as an associate, advisor or facilitator — complementing existing wellbeing, inclusion and learning strategies rather than replacing them.
If you’re looking to strengthen your approach to neurodiversity in a way that is credible, practical and genuinely human, we can explore what would be most useful for your organisation.
